Terms of Use

Toolzom provides free online tools operated by Marcelo (Peru). The tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we may suspend the site for maintenance or other reasons, without prior notice.

You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the site or its results for unlawful purposes, including fraud, phishing or distributing malware (for example, QR codes that lead to deceptive pages);
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• access the site with automated means in a way that degrades the service for others;
• present the site, its content or its brand as your own.

The text, data and files you use in the tools remain yours, and they are processed on your device. The results you create, such as QR codes, formatted JSON or passwords, are yours to use as you wish. You are responsible for the content you process and for how you use the results.

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate, but we don't guarantee that they are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Check important results, such as conversions used for medical, engineering, legal or financial decisions, against an authoritative source.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Toolzom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

The Toolzom name, logo, design, texts and code are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to their owner. You may link to any page of the site. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of its content without permission.

The site may link to other websites and, in the future, show advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled when you use the site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published.

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, with the competent courts of Lima, Peru, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and data protection laws.
